To realize the full business potential of customer allegiance, brands need to take a holistic view of loyalty. Up until now, business groups have focused either on rewards or customer service, but not both together. SmartCX is a kind of loyalty programs to build experiences for customers that can help retain them in the long run.

One major approach I considered was to design to focus on minimalism. Kept the layout clean and white to improve user engagement by letting the user focus on the content and preferences.
