Project Overview

Sortly approached initailly to design an Android app for inventory management. As senior UI/UX Designer for te project, I have collected a detailed user behavior from their existing customers, whhich helped a lot in coming up with a simple and smart app which is easy to understand and to use.

Sortly ranked #1 and is one of the highest rated Business Inventory, Home Inventory and Moving app. It also featured in Forbes, ABC news, FOX news, New York Post & Inc. etc! - More than 5 million items tracked and sorted!

Information Architecture

The main goal was to provide the information to the user at all times about the tippers and tippees . For that purpose we decided to provide ability to customer for quick and easy navigation to access the information.

We approached the design stage with minimal elements. We broke down the information display into sections and grouped them accordingly. We captured all the features in the IA (Information Architecture) stage itself to make it more easier to shift to the wireframe stage.

Visual Design

Here’s a glimpse into the look and feel, this was arguably the most important and complex part of the app, to make it visually, aesthetically engaging, so we put a lot of thoughts into getting it right.
