Focusing on bringing Ellesse’s digital e-commerce into the new millenia to drive higher levels of engagement and conversion. To become a true reflection of their brand’s new positioning and inspire customers and stylist at every stage of their journey.
At the digital level, the experience is stale and inert; product focused and transactional. There is little in terms of the brand’s vision and voice present throughout the experience. It needs a new jolt of life via lifestyle. And we need to inject moments of inspiration across our customer’s journey, at homepage, on category and through checkout.
